Details of Participation

This package is offered by Cocoa Beach Marketing, Inc. (CBM) pursuant to its affiliation with Cape Caribe, Inc. as part of an advertising promotion for the sale of timeshare. No one is excluded from touring or purchasing timeshares at any of the participating resorts and all inquiries are invited. CBM is solely responsible for this offer.
Qualifications:

• Married, cohabitating couples, or single women must have a combined income of $50,000.
• One member of a married or cohabitating couple must be between the ages of 25 and 72 years old. Single women must be between the ages of 35 and 72 years old.
• All parties will be required to present a proper photo ID and a credit, debit, or check card upon check-in at the Welcome Center or at the resort.
• Participants must not have any current tax liens or open bankruptcies to be creditworthy.
• Participants in this special offer must not have toured participating resort in the last 15 months; maximum total of three lifetime tours allowed and must not be an owner at Ron Jon ^®* Cape Caribe Resort.
• Employees of Ron Jon ^®*Cape Caribe Resort, The Resort on Cocoa Beach, and/or other timeshare resorts are not eligible for this special offer.

• Participants agree to attend a 90-Minute (minimum) vacation ownership sales presentation of the Ron Jon ^®* Cape Caribe Resort. Your presentation will be scheduled for the day after your arrival. A taxi will meet you at the hotel lobby at 8:30 A.M. (Participants on a one night hotel package will need to check out prior to the taxi's arrival) to take you to the resort for your 9 A.M. presentation.
• If married or cohabitating, it is required that both persons attend the presentation together.
• A maximum of two-packages may be used by qualified families traveling together. (All members of families must tour together.)
• Must be a permanent US or Canadian resident.
• Participants touring must speak and understand English.
• Sorry, no pets allowed, with the exception of service animals.
• Certain accommodations require a credit card deposit of up to $200.
• Participants in this special offer are responsible for airfare, government taxes and fees, resort fees and hotel taxes, which are payable upon check-in at your accommodations, as well as incidentals, phone calls, gratuities, meals, and any other items of a personal nature unless otherwise stated in writing.
• This package may be cancelled if request is received in writing within 30 days of purchase.
• This vacation offer is transferable only to other participants who meet the qualifications indicated above.
• This package is valid for travel within twelve months of the date of purchase unless otherwise noted .

• All reservations are guaranteed when travel dates are selected at the time of purchase. If travel dates change, or are selected after purchase, availability is guaranteed for reservations from March 1st to August 31st if made 180 days or more in advance and from September 1st to February 28th if made 90 days or more in advance. We reserve the right to substitute accommodations if necessary.
• Please call us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date if you do not plan to arrive on that date. Less than 48 hours notice will result in 100% of the one way fare being charged to you for the airport shuttle service and for the room tax of the first night's hotel room rental. All no shows are in full penalty. You may reschedule your arrival date once without a fee, however, a $25 rebooking fee will be charged if you reschedule less than seven days prior to your arrival date or have changed your travel dates once before.
• Hotel check-in is 4 PM.

• Participants that do not attend their scheduled 9 AM 90-minute preview tour and sales presentation, as well as those who fail to qualify as outlined herein, will be charged the full retail value as indicated below, in addition to any other fees previously collected.

• Cocoa Beach 2Day/1Night Package up to $399, Cocoa Beach 3 Day/2Night Package up to $499, depending on travel dates. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount and is subject to change without notice. The complete offering terms are available in a offering plan available from the sponsoring resort. This package is being offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state registration requirements have not been met. This offer expires twelve months from issue date unless otherwise noted.
